Now that Sexual Health commissioning is devolved to Local Authorities and Directors of Public Health, the decision to adopt an Integrated Sexual Health Tariff is a local one. There is no central mandate to do so. However, in order to promote cross-charging for out of area patients we have found commissioners are keen to receive validated charging data with charges raised on a clear and transparent basis. The Integrated Sexual Health Tariff Grouper is a simple and efficient method of doing this.
