"Object reference not set" error : Pathway Analytics

When uploading data files you receive an error:

x Object reference not set *

Please check the following:

Your file name contains only alphanumeric characters and no extra dots "." ie do NOT use my.file.n&me.xls

Your spreadsheet tabs or work sheet names contain only alphanumeric characters ie do NOT use worksheets with names such as "GUMCAD_Apr-13!"
